Members Ledger
Membership cards can also be used as internal charge cards, operating Membership Accounts on a levy or credit system, enabling you to create a 'cashless environment' and bring convenience to your members. With a simple swipe, all transactions can be immediately authorised and charged. The Membership Accounts can work on a levy system (members pay into the account prior to spending), a credit system (members are charged at the end of the month for any spend on the account) or a combination of the two. To encourage use of the system, it is possible to offer a percentage uplift on the levy amount a member places on the card. The enquiry system provides the ability to closely manage member's accounts and transactions are posted directly to the member's individual or family account to allow for instant reporting.
