Membership
The Membership module is easy to use, with Windows interface on all front office operations and user definable fields. The system comes with optional password levels as standard and full audit trail reports available to ensure maximum security and accountability.

To cater for the largest of resorts, the Membership module allows the creation of up to 999 Membership categories, e.g. full member, social member, sports categories, age and sex groups which can be split into separate Member databases. Joining fees, levies and discounts can be set up to correspond with membership categories and collection of fees can be arranged by Direct Debit with full financial reporting available.
