The Reebok Sports Club
London’s Reebok Sports Club is deploying Clarity Baron, which is providing the whole suite of applications to Manage Membership, Leisure and Spa facilities - with the thin client architecture and full infrastructure support to deliver all the club’s software applications.
Part of an exclusive network of Reebok clubs covering Madrid, Moscow, New York and Sao Paulo, the Canary Wharf operation offers an outstanding array of top quality facilities and services. A huge state-of-the-art gym, luxury spa, indoor golf club, climbing wall, skyline swimming pool, team sports areas, business and conference centre, retail outlet and bar and dining facilities are just some of the prestigious facilities provided.
The club has over 5,000 members and around 60 full-time staff, and its decision to seek a new management software system was driven by the need to improve member tracking, retention, and management reporting. Goals included achieving a more robust and reliable platform, with flexible, trustworthy reporting that presents a consistent, single view of the business.
Deployment of the Clarity Baron system at Reebok is ongoing as this information is published, and a full case study will be available once installation is complete.
