Software Support
Our dedicated, customer focused, support team directly supports all Clarity Baron applications and Unix operating systems via telephone, modem and remote access. Remote access is carried out via Virtual Network Computing, which allows our support consultants to view and take control of any desktop environment via the Internet, allowing them to effect any necessary changes themselves or to demonstrate procedures to the operator. Additionally, all software updates are installed for customers, as part of their software support contract, ensuring that everyone is running the latest release of software.
